2. Le Phare de Grand-Bassam
Completed in 1914, the lighthouse of Grand Bassam hasn’t worked since1951. It’s a 17 m high round tower that is today an ancient relic. At the foot of the tower children and teenagers in the neighborhood come to battle in lively soccer games while adventurers will try to climb up its old staircase.

3. Le Centre Céramique
This small factory is a training and manufacturing site for porcelain plates and cups. It has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Children can also come to the center to discover the art of ceramics.

5. Ancien Palais De Justice
Built in 1911, the building has a 650 m² of floor space, it is considered one of the largest buildings in Bassam. In 1949, the PDCI-RDA militants, including Bernard Dadié, Mathieu Ekra and Jean-Baptiste Mockey, were judged in its precincts. The courthouse was later abandoned in 1954 in favor of the court of Abidjan.

6. Musée National Du Costume

8. Pont De La Victoire
This bridge is dedicated to the women who marched for the freedom of their husbands who had been incarcerated. The march took place in December 24th 1949.

This cultural center used to be a market; the market was built in 1934 but transformed into the community library in 1981.
